Close my account and request a final reading
Please complete the Close My Account Request Form. No further action is required. You can expect to continue to receive a bill until the end of the billing period reaches your close account date.
LANDLORDS / RENTAL PROPERTY OWNERS
Please note that this form is only to be completed when you have sold your property.
It is not to be completed if you are a current legal property owner who has tenants that will be occupying the property.
All legal property owners must have open, active accounts. You will not be invoiced for any usage for the duration of time that the tenant account is open.
TENANTS
When completing a close account request form, please ensure you use your rental lease end date (e.g., Aug 31) as the account close date, regardless of the day you physically vacated the unit.
